The "Neptune" is the world's first Spar-type TLP. Oryx pioneered this project and placed it in Viosca Knoll 826.

SONOCO was involved in the pre-installation phase of the project, working with the project manager while the structure was still in fabrication. We performed surveys and made equipment recommendations to Oryx with three goals in mind:

• meeting current and future needs for the personnel on location
• eliminating unnecessary expense in outfitting the facility
• accommodating additional personnel in temporary housing

During installation and drilling operations we provided support for up to 100 people in the permanent quarters and in temporary housing.
